VIOMES S.A. is committed to conducting its business with integrity, transparency, and respect towards its employees, partners, and society. For this purpose, the Company has established an internal whistleblowing reporting channel, through which employees and partners may report, in a secure and confidential manner, serious violations of the law and/or of the Company’s policies that they identify in the course of their professional activities.
Indicatively, reports submitted through the internal whistleblowing channel may concern incidents such as: breaches of the Code of Conduct, incidents of workplace violence and harassment, serious violations of health & safety regulations, environmental legislation or product safety requirements, cases of fraud, corruption, or other serious misconduct.
Reports may be submitted responsibly and in good faith, either with or without identity disclosure (named or anonymous), through the following channels:

All reports are reviewed with discretion and objectivity. The Company safeguards the confidentiality of the reporting person’s identity (where known) and strictly prohibits any form of retaliation or adverse treatment against any individual who submits a report or cooperates in an investigation, provided they act in good faith.
The processing of personal data within the whistleblowing reporting system is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Greek legislation, and the relevant policies of the Company.
