Specialized Containers for the Food Industry

In collaboration with a company that has been active for more than 50 years in the production of frozen dough products, we undertook the design and development of specialized containers intended for use in a food‑production line.

The main challenge of this project was ensuring the reliable detectability of the containers by both metal detectors and X‑ray inspection systems, in order to guarantee maximum safety throughout the food‑processing workflow.

To achieve this, we used special additive materials developed in cooperation with industry‑specialized companies, enabling the final plastic product to fully meet the detection requirements. At the same time, the product was designed and manufactured in full compliance with the current legislation regarding materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.

Following the completion of the product and mold design, as well as the selection of suitable raw materials, an extensive testing program was carried out. The objective was to ensure that the final product fully met the customer’s requirements, complied with VIOMES’ quality policy, and guaranteed the safety of the end consumer.

Specialized Component for a Technology Industry

In partnership with a Greek company that designs and manufactures innovative high‑tech products for the electrical protection of telecommunication networks, energy networks, and other infrastructure, we jointly designed the required component used as a protective device cover, undertook the mold construction, and completed the production of the final product.

This specific component is manufactured exclusively in our facilities, using selected raw materials and under strictly controlled production conditions, ensuring full compliance with the customer's demanding technical and quality specifications.
